I'M BACK FROM REDANG!!!
and i wanna go back there n live with the fishes :(
it was a weekend of sun, sand and sea.
and fishyyyyyyy :D :D :D
the 10-hour coach ride + 1-hour ferry ride was umm quite an experience. HAHAHA.
i think i hate buses now.
but the 11-hour journey was REALLY worth it. had such a great time with great friends n a lovely boyfriend :) great company. here's a pic of us on the coach. oh yea, on the journey to redang, perry n i had to sit on separate seats coz the coach was full! so we ended up snuggling on one chair coz it was freakin cold. backache n neckache... look at how shagged we were.

Check out Laguna redang resort. SO NICE OKAY... we stayed in a deluxe room with a balcony that i'm gonna miss so much.

We reached redang on sat morning. the first snorkelling trip was in the afternoon. snorkelling in the open sea. was really tired coz we didnt sleep on the coach but the excitement of it all was an energy boost. we were swimming with the fishyyyyyy n corals in the blue-green clear water. ooooooohhhh... happiness.

1 n a half hour passed too quickly. no sunburn yet. on our boat ride back to the resort fr the snorkelling site, geraldine lost one of my slippers in the sea. HAHAHAHA. she was trying to wash them with the water fr the boat but then there was this big wave and wooosh there goes my slipper. HAHAHA. lucky thing she brought an extra pair :D WE HAVE TO SIGN TT SLIPPER.
went back to the resort to freshen up then DINNER. we were all famished. sam n geraldine turned in early but perry n i didnt wanna waste the night. so we walked ard the resort, checked out the recreation centre n then settled for prata to be da baoed to the balcony. NICE prata! ate n chatted happily at the balcony till abt 12 am and then we were really tired n sleepy.
then in the morning, we saw squirrels. like 3 of them! probably attracted to our balcony coz of the leftover prata..

2nd day! the weather was SO MUCH better. not gloomy like the day before. the sun shining so bright. made everything look nicer. BEAUTIFUL BEACH!
2 snorkelling trips. morning in the marine park and afternoon in the open sea. got really burnt after that. hahaha. anyway the underwater photographers was damn funny. they made us do funny poses. like the superman poses. and kissing poses. HAHAHAHAHA.

Theres this really nice snorkelling instructor called anson. he took pics for us, brought us to see "blue sand" this plankton that shines bright blue on the sand at night. it only lasts for a few seconds though.

anyway, they celebrated their birthdays over last weekend. ling's on sat n shu's on sunday.
Saturday:
only managed to take a few pics with ling on sat coz she was so SO busy. she looked so pretty with her hair styled n the make up n the dress which has her fav color (ORANGE) on it. The theme for her party was "What's her favorite color?" MMMM rene n i thought it's white so we turned up in white? HAHAHA but i played safe n wore this tee with many colors on it. I SPOTTED AN ORANGE FLOWER so technically i fulfilled the theme. HAHAHA. anyway very few people turned up in orange, showing just how weird tt color is for a fav color and seriously girl, you hardly ever mention that color!! :P there's a choc fountain fondue so most of the time, i just stood there dipping the marshmallows, strawberries, biscuits, etc into the yummy choc fountain hahaha. I LOVE FONDUE!

Sunday:
For shu's party, she had this brilliant (eh-hem) theme of SCHOOL UNIFORM PARTY. ahahahahahahah. well most people there didnt wear uniform. But i did! i borrowed shu's uniform coz i've thrown mine away. the gifts she got were really funny ahhahahaha like a bunny and its cage for example. we bullied her the whole night, making her wear n do stupid things. HAHAHAH. love u ah shu!
